This doctorate study program is designed for senior nursing professionals, healthcare executives, and academic leaders who seek to advance research, policy development, and strategic leadership specifically within adult nursing services. The academic structure consists of seven modules, designed to ensure methodological excellence and field-specific expertise:

  • Four research-focused modules developing advanced competencies in research philosophy, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, healthcare analytics, academic publishing, and scholarly writing at the highest level.

  • Two general modules strengthening strategic leadership, global healthcare management, institutional governance, and advanced policy analysis.

  • One specialized module in Adult Nursing Management addressing leadership of adult care services, management of chronic and complex conditions, interdisciplinary coordination, resource optimization, risk management, and sustainable healthcare system development.
