The academic framework consists of seven modules, carefully designed to ensure methodological depth and field-specific expertise:

  • Four research-focused modules that develop advanced competencies in research philosophy, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, healthcare data analysis, academic publishing, and high-level scholarly writing.

  • Two general modules that strengthen strategic leadership, global healthcare management, policy analysis, and institutional governance capabilities.

  • One specialized module in Nursing Management dedicated to advanced topics such as executive nursing leadership, healthcare system innovation, quality assurance systems, risk management, sustainable healthcare models, and interdisciplinary coordination.

The program culminates in a comprehensive thesis and structured research activities, enabling candidates to produce substantial, original contributions to the discipline of nursing management and healthcare administration.

With a minimum duration of 18 months and flexible study options, participants may extend their academic pathway in alignment with their professional responsibilities and research scope. The program prepares graduates for senior leadership roles in hospitals, healthcare organizations, regulatory bodies, academic institutions, and international health agencies.
