This doctorate study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for senior nonprofit executives, policy advisors, researchers, and social impact leaders seeking to advance scholarly knowledge and strategic practice within the nonprofit and civil society sector. With a minimum duration of 18 months and flexible extension options, the program is structured to accommodate experienced professionals who aim to combine high-level academic research with leadership responsibilities in nonprofit organizations, international NGOs, foundations, humanitarian institutions, and social enterprises.

The academic structure consists of seven modules, ensuring rigorous research depth and sector-specific expertise:

  • Four research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research design, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, impact measurement models, governance analytics, policy evaluation, comparative nonprofit systems, and academic publishing standards.

  • Two general modules strengthening competencies in strategic leadership, institutional ethics, financial sustainability, organizational resilience, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder governance.

  • One specialized module in Nonprofit Management, focusing on advanced nonprofit governance frameworks, fundraising and resource mobilization strategies, social entrepreneurship, cross-sector partnerships, international development structures, and sustainability-driven organizational models.

The program culminates in a substantial thesis and comprehensive research activities that contribute original insights to nonprofit management theory and practice. Participants are expected to address complex societal challenges through systematic investigation, strategic modeling, and evidence-based recommendations.
