The Doctorate in Logistics and Supply Chain is a 100% research-based study program designed for advanced learners who wish to develop high-level academic, analytical, and strategic expertise in logistics, supply chain systems, global operations, procurement, distribution, transportation, warehousing, and sustainable supply chain management.

This doctorate study program is suitable for professionals, researchers, managers, consultants, and academic-oriented learners who want to explore complex challenges in modern logistics and supply chains through independent research, critical analysis, and applied academic inquiry. The program focuses on developing strong research abilities and a deep understanding of how logistics and supply chain decisions influence business performance, international trade, digital transformation, resilience, sustainability, and global competitiveness.

The study level is equal to ISCED / EQF Level 8. ISCED refers to the International Standard Classification of Education, used globally to compare education levels across countries. EQF refers to the European Qualifications Framework, which helps describe learning levels across Europe. Level 8 represents the highest academic level, normally associated with advanced research, original contribution, and expert-level knowledge. This program is also equal to the 3rd European cycle.

The program includes 7 modules in total: 4 research-related modules, 2 general modules, and 1 specialized module related to Logistics and Supply Chain, in addition to the thesis and research activities. Through this structure, learners are guided to strengthen their research methodology, academic writing, critical thinking, and subject-specific expertise while developing an original research contribution in the field.

The minimum duration of the program is 18+ months. Students have flexibility to extend their study period according to their research progress, academic planning, and personal or professional commitments.

By completing this doctorate study program, learners can develop advanced insight into supply chain strategy, logistics innovation, risk management, international operations, digital supply networks, sustainability, and the future of global movement of goods and services.
