This doctorate study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for senior executives, policy leaders, organizational strategists, and experienced professionals who seek to generate original contributions in the field of leadership practice. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 8 and aligned with the third European cycle, the program emphasizes advanced scholarly rigor, strategic leadership analysis, and transformative organizational impact.

The program is structured to deepen expertise in leadership theory and applied practice, organizational transformation, governance systems, executive decision-making, ethical leadership, change management, and performance optimization. Participants are expected to critically examine contemporary leadership models, design innovative research frameworks, and develop evidence-based strategies that influence institutions, corporate environments, and public-sector organizations.

The academic structure consists of seven modules, including:

  • Four research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodologies, leadership analytics, qualitative and quantitative design, and international academic publication standards

  • Two general modules enhancing global strategic perspectives, governance, and interdisciplinary executive competencies

  • One specialized module directly related to Leadership Practice

  • In addition to a comprehensive thesis and structured research activities demonstrating independent and original scholarly contribution

The duration of the program is +18 months, with a defined minimum study period and the flexibility to extend according to research development and professional commitments. This flexible framework enables experienced leaders to integrate doctoral-level research into executive roles while maintaining high international academic standards.

Graduates of this doctorate study program develop advanced competencies in strategic leadership design, institutional transformation, executive governance, performance systems, and innovation-driven organizational development. The research-intensive model prepares participants for senior academic positions, high-level consultancy, leadership advisory roles, and executive decision-making at national and international levels.
