Doctorate in Investment Science focuses on the scientific foundations of investment decision-making, capital allocation, financial market behavior, asset pricing, risk modeling, and long-term portfolio strategy. The program emphasizes the development of new theoretical frameworks, empirical research, and innovative models capable of addressing complex global financial challenges. Participants are expected to critically engage with advanced financial theory, quantitative analytics, behavioral finance, macro-financial systems, and emerging investment technologies.

As a 100% research-based program, the structure consists of seven modules:

  • Four research-oriented modules dedicated to advanced research design, econometrics, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, financial modeling, academic publication strategies, and high-level scholarly writing.

  • Two general modules strengthening strategic leadership in finance, ethical governance, regulatory frameworks, and global economic systems.

  • One specialized module in Investment Science covering advanced asset valuation models, capital market theory, derivatives and alternative investments, systemic risk analysis, portfolio optimization, and innovation in financial markets.

The program culminates in a substantial doctoral thesis and structured research activities that demonstrate intellectual originality, methodological excellence, and a meaningful contribution to the discipline of Investment Science. The research output is expected to reflect deep analytical insight, theoretical advancement, and practical relevance within global financial environments.
