The Doctorate in International Human Resource Management is structured as a 100% research-based program, emphasizing independent inquiry, critical analysis, and the development of innovative frameworks for managing people across borders. It prepares participants to examine complex workforce dynamics in multinational corporations, global institutions, and culturally diverse organizational environments.

The academic structure consists of seven modules:

  • Four research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, organizational data analysis, and academic publishing standards.

  • Two general modules that strengthen strategic leadership perspectives, governance understanding, and interdisciplinary integration within global management systems.

  • One specialized module in International Human Resource Management, addressing global talent mobility, international labor regulations, cross-cultural leadership, workforce diversity, expatriate management, global performance systems, and sustainable human capital strategy.

The program culminates in a comprehensive doctoral-level thesis and structured research activities, enabling participants to produce substantial, evidence-based contributions to contemporary challenges such as digital transformation in HR, global workforce resilience, international talent acquisition, ethical leadership, organizational culture in multinational enterprises, and strategic global workforce planning.

With a duration of +18 months (minimum), the program offers structured flexibility, allowing candidates to extend their study period in accordance with research depth and professional commitments.
