  • 1 Specialized Module in International Business and Commercial Law Dedicated to cross-border transactions, international trade law, corporate and commercial regulation, arbitration and dispute resolution, compliance systems, and multinational legal strategy.

The program culminates in a doctoral thesis and research activities, where participants produce original, high-level scholarly work contributing to the advancement of international commercial legal practice and theory.
