The program emphasizes evidence-based leadership, policy development, innovation management, sustainability frameworks, risk governance, and stakeholder strategy within international event ecosystems.

The academic framework consists of seven modules, including:

  • Four research-intensive modules dedicated to advanced research design, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, statistical and strategic analysis, academic publishing strategies, and interdisciplinary frameworks relevant to events and hospitality management.

  • Two general academic modules focusing on strategic leadership, governance, institutional development, innovation systems, and high-level management theory applicable to complex event environments.

  • One specialized module in Events Management, concentrating on global event strategy, mega-event planning, digital transformation in events, sponsorship and financial structuring, risk management, sustainability integration, and international regulatory environments.

The program culminates in a comprehensive thesis and structured research activities, enabling candidates to produce an original and impactful scholarly contribution that advances theory and practice in events management.

With a minimum duration of 18 months, the program combines structured academic progression with flexibility, allowing candidates to extend their study period in line with research development and professional commitments.
