This doctorate study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for senior educators, institutional leaders, policymakers, and researchers who aim to produce original scholarly contributions in the field of educational administration. Aligned with EQF Level 8 and equivalent to the third European cycle, the program emphasizes advanced research excellence, strategic leadership, and institutional transformation within educational systems.

The Doctorate in Educational Administration prepares candidates to critically analyze complex educational environments, design evidence-based governance models, and lead sustainable reforms in schools, universities, and training institutions. The program integrates theoretical depth with applied research, focusing on policy development, institutional effectiveness, quality assurance systems, accreditation frameworks, organizational leadership, and innovation in education management.

The curriculum is structured into seven comprehensive modules, including:

  • Four advanced research modules dedicated to doctoral-level research design, advanced quantitative and qualitative methodologies, data analysis and academic publishing, and research impact development.

  • Two general academic modules addressing strategic leadership in education, ethics and governance, change management, and global education systems.

  • One specialized module in Educational Administration focusing on institutional governance, curriculum leadership, performance measurement, educational policy analysis, and quality assurance frameworks.

The program culminates in a comprehensive doctoral thesis and structured research activities, enabling candidates to generate original knowledge that contributes to academic scholarship, institutional advancement, and policy innovation.

The minimum duration of the program is 18 months. However, flexibility is provided for candidates who may extend their research timeline according to professional and academic commitments. This structure makes the program particularly suitable for experienced leaders who seek to balance high-level professional responsibilities with advanced academic development.

Graduates of this doctorate study program are positioned for senior executive roles in educational institutions, academic research leadership, policy advisory positions, accreditation bodies, and international education organizations. The program supports the development of visionary leaders capable of shaping the future of education systems globally.
