With a minimum duration of 18 months and flexible study extension options, the program supports rigorous academic inquiry while accommodating professional commitments. The structure includes seven modules, comprising four research-focused modules, two general academic modules, and one specialized module dedicated to Digital Education, followed by comprehensive thesis and structured research activities.

The research modules develop advanced expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, digital learning analytics, artificial intelligence in education, adaptive learning systems, immersive technologies, large-scale program evaluation, and international publication standards. Participants critically examine emerging global frameworks of digital pedagogy, governance models for educational technologies, cybersecurity in education, and quality assurance systems in digital delivery contexts.

The specialized module deepens engagement with digital curriculum architecture, platform ecosystems, learner engagement analytics, accessibility and inclusion standards, scalable digital transformation strategies, and institutional innovation models. Emphasis is placed on generating original research that enhances effectiveness, equity, sustainability, and global reach of digital education systems.

The general modules reinforce academic leadership, advanced research ethics, strategic analysis, and scholarly communication competencies. These skills prepare participants to contribute to universities, research institutes, ministries of education, international organizations, and educational technology enterprises.
