The program consists of seven modules, including:

  • Four advanced research modules focusing on research design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, academic publishing, advanced data analysis, and interdisciplinary research applications in culinary and food service environments.

  • Two general modules aimed at strengthening strategic leadership, higher-level academic writing, innovation management, and global policy perspectives.

  • One specialized module dedicated specifically to Culinary Arts and Food Services, exploring areas such as gastronomic innovation, food sustainability, menu engineering, food safety governance, consumer behavior in dining experiences, digital transformation in food services, and global culinary trends.

The program culminates in a substantial thesis and structured research activities that enable candidates to contribute original, practice-oriented, and academically rigorous research to the field.
