The Doctorate in Applied Agentic AI and Organizational Change (International Focus) is a 100% research-based doctorate study program designed for professionals, innovators, and researchers who seek to understand and lead the integration of advanced artificial intelligence systems within modern organizations. As agentic AI—systems capable of autonomous decision-making and goal-oriented behavior—continues to reshape industries, this program equips participants with the expertise to manage both technological transformation and the human dynamics of organizational change.

This doctorate study program is aligned with ISCED and EQF Level 8, representing the highest level of learning within international and European qualification frameworks. The International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) provides a global structure for comparing education levels, while the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) defines learning outcomes based on knowledge, skills, and competencies. At Level 8, participants are expected to demonstrate highly advanced knowledge, critical and independent thinking, and the ability to contribute original research to their field. This level is also equivalent to the third cycle of higher education in Europe.

The program consists of seven modules designed to integrate rigorous research with real-world application. Four modules are dedicated to advanced research methodologies, theoretical models, and the development of independent research capabilities. These modules enable participants to design and conduct high-level research that addresses complex challenges in AI adoption and organizational transformation.

Two general modules focus on broader competencies such as strategic leadership, digital governance, ethical considerations in artificial intelligence, and organizational behavior. These modules ensure that participants develop a comprehensive understanding of how AI technologies influence decision-making, workforce structures, and institutional cultures.

The final module is specialized in applied agentic AI and organizational change, covering key areas such as autonomous systems, AI-driven decision frameworks, human-AI collaboration, change management strategies, and innovation ecosystems. This module connects theory with practice, preparing participants to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives in diverse organizational contexts.

A central component of the program is the thesis and research activities, where participants engage in independent, in-depth research focused on emerging issues in agentic AI and organizational change. Through this process, they are expected to develop innovative models, strategies, or frameworks that contribute to both academic knowledge and practical implementation.

The program has a minimum duration of 18 months, with flexible study pathways that allow participants to extend their research timeline based on their professional commitments and research progress. This flexibility makes the program suitable for experienced professionals aiming to advance their expertise while maintaining active roles in their organizations.

Overall, this doctorate study program is designed for forward-thinking individuals who aim to lead the future of artificial intelligence integration, drive organizational transformation, and contribute to the global knowledge economy through advanced research and innovation.
