This bachelor study program is a professionally designed academic pathway aimed at developing strong competencies in sales strategy, marketing management, consumer behavior, and global market positioning. It is aligned with EQF Level 6 and corresponds to the First European Cycle, with a total academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS.

The program is structured to combine digital readiness, analytical thinking, research capability, and advanced marketing expertise to prepare students for competitive and innovation-driven business environments.

The academic journey begins with a foundational module introducing students to online education systems and digital learning environments, ensuring readiness for flexible and technology-based study formats. A dedicated module on the basics of Artificial Intelligence provides insight into how AI tools are transforming marketing analytics, customer targeting, automation, personalization strategies, and sales forecasting.

To strengthen academic and analytical skills, the program includes an Introduction to Research Methods, enabling students to conduct market research, analyze consumer data, interpret trends, and develop evidence-based marketing strategies.

Two general modules related to the study field provide a solid foundation in core marketing principles, business communication, branding fundamentals, customer relationship management, and organizational sales structures.

The specialization component consists of three focused modules in Sales and Marketing Management, covering strategic marketing planning, international marketing, digital marketing strategies, sales management, negotiation techniques, market analytics, and performance measurement. Emphasis is placed on real-world case studies, campaign development, data-driven decision-making, and strategic growth planning.

The program concludes with a Bachelor Project and structured research activities, where students apply theoretical knowledge and research skills to solve a practical marketing or sales management challenge, demonstrating integrated professional competence.

The standard duration is 12+ months, with a defined minimum study period. However, the program offers flexibility, allowing students to extend their studies based on professional or personal commitments.
