Two general modules related to the study field provide essential foundations in management principles, global economics, corporate structures, business ethics, and strategic planning within international markets.
The specialization component consists of three focused modules in International Business and Commercial Law, covering areas such as international trade law, cross-border contracts, dispute resolution and arbitration, corporate compliance, intellectual property basics, commercial transactions, international taxation principles, and regulatory risk management. Emphasis is placed on practical case studies, contract drafting principles, legal risk assessment, and global commercial strategy.
The academic pathway concludes with a Bachelor Project and structured research activities, where students apply business and legal knowledge to analyze or design a solution for a real international commercial challenge, demonstrating integration of legal reasoning, strategic thinking, and managerial competence.
The standard duration is 12+ months, with a defined minimum study period. However, the program offers flexibility, allowing students to extend their studies based on professional or personal commitments.
This executive-format bachelor study program is particularly suitable for business professionals, legal assistants, compliance officers, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking structured academic advancement while continuing their careers.
