Executive Bachelor Study Program in Institutional and Educational Leadership

This bachelor study program is a professionally structured academic pathway designed to develop advanced competencies in institutional governance, educational leadership, academic administration, and strategic development within schools, training centers, and higher education institutions. It is aligned with EQF Level 6 and corresponds to the First European Cycle, with a total academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS.

This bachelor study program is designed for individuals who aspire to lead educational institutions, manage academic teams, implement policy reforms, and enhance organizational performance within learning environments.

The academic journey begins with a foundational module introducing students to online education systems and digital learning environments, ensuring readiness for flexible and technology-driven study. A dedicated module on the basics of Artificial Intelligence explores how AI is transforming educational leadership through learning analytics, digital curriculum management, institutional data monitoring, performance evaluation, and smart administrative systems.

To strengthen analytical and academic capabilities, the curriculum includes an Introduction to Research Methods, enabling students to conduct institutional assessments, evaluate educational outcomes, analyze policy implementation, and apply evidence-based leadership strategies.

Two general modules related to the study field provide essential foundations in management principles, organizational behavior, strategic planning, governance structures, and communication within institutional settings.

The specialization component consists of three focused modules in Institutional and Educational Leadership, covering areas such as educational policy and reform, leadership styles in academic environments, quality assurance and accreditation concepts, change management in education, curriculum oversight, stakeholder engagement, ethics in educational leadership, and institutional development strategies. Emphasis is placed on real-world case studies, leadership models, strategic implementation, and performance improvement within educational organizations.

The academic pathway concludes with a Bachelor Project and structured research activities, where students apply leadership theories and institutional management tools to design or evaluate a real educational improvement initiative, demonstrating integration of theory, governance principles, and practical leadership execution.

The standard duration is 12+ months, with a defined minimum study period. However, the program offers flexibility, allowing students to extend their studies based on professional or personal commitments.

This executive-format bachelor study program is particularly suitable for school leaders, academic coordinators, education managers, training directors, and professionals seeking structured academic advancement while continuing their careers. It emphasizes strategic governance, institutional excellence, ethical leadership, digital transformation in education, and research-driven decision-making.
