This bachelor study program is a professionally structured academic pathway designed to develop strong competencies in human resource management, workplace behavior analysis, talent development, and organizational performance improvement. It is aligned with EQF Level 6 and corresponds to the First European Cycle, with a total academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS.

This bachelor study program is designed for individuals who aim to manage people strategically, understand employee motivation, improve organizational culture, and enhance performance within modern institutions.

The academic journey begins with a foundational module introducing students to online education systems and digital learning environments, ensuring readiness for flexible and technology-driven study. A dedicated module on the basics of Artificial Intelligence explores how AI is transforming HR analytics, recruitment automation, workforce planning, employee engagement measurement, and performance monitoring.

To strengthen analytical and academic capabilities, the curriculum includes an Introduction to Research Methods, enabling students to conduct organizational assessments, analyze employee behavior, measure job satisfaction, and apply evidence-based HR strategies.

Two general modules related to the study field provide essential foundations in management principles, organizational behavior, business communication, leadership fundamentals, and strategic planning.

The specialization component consists of three focused modules in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology, covering areas such as talent acquisition and retention, training and development, performance management systems, compensation and benefits strategies, workplace motivation, team dynamics, conflict resolution, psychological assessment in organizations, and organizational culture development. Emphasis is placed on real-world case studies, ethical HR practices, leadership psychology, and structured workforce planning.

The academic pathway concludes with a Bachelor Project and structured research activities, where students apply HR theories and organizational psychology models to design or evaluate a real human resource strategy or organizational improvement initiative, demonstrating integration of theory, analysis, and managerial practice.

The standard duration is 12+ months, with a defined minimum study period. However, the program offers flexibility, allowing students to extend their studies based on professional or personal commitments.

This executive-format bachelor study program is particularly suitable for HR officers, managers, team leaders, organizational consultants, and professionals seeking structured academic advancement while continuing their careers. It emphasizes people-centered leadership, psychological insight, ethical management, digital HR transformation, and research-driven organizational performance.
