To strengthen analytical and academic capabilities, the curriculum includes an Introduction to Research Methods, enabling students to conduct hospitality market research, analyze customer satisfaction data, evaluate operational performance, and apply evidence-based management strategies.
Two general modules related to the study field provide essential foundations in management principles, hospitality marketing, organizational behavior, financial basics, and business communication.
