Executive Bachelor Study Program in International Financial and Accounting Management

This bachelor study program is a professionally structured academic pathway designed for learners who aim to build strong competencies in international finance, accounting systems, and global financial management. It is aligned with EQF Level 6 and corresponds to the First European Cycle, with a total academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS.

The program combines financial expertise with digital readiness and research-based learning to prepare students for modern financial environments shaped by globalization, regulation, and technological innovation.

The curriculum begins with a foundational module introducing students to online education and digital learning systems, ensuring they are fully prepared for flexible, technology-driven academic study. In addition, a dedicated module on the basics of Artificial Intelligence introduces key concepts of AI and its applications in finance, accounting automation, financial analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

To strengthen analytical and academic capabilities, the program includes an Introduction to Research Methods, equipping students with the ability to conduct structured financial analysis, interpret quantitative data, and develop evidence-based financial reports.

Two general modules related to the field provide essential theoretical foundations in accounting principles, financial reporting standards, corporate finance, and international economic frameworks. These modules ensure students understand both domestic and cross-border financial environments.

The specialization component consists of three focused modules in International Financial and Accounting Management, covering areas such as international financial management, global accounting standards, risk assessment, financial planning, auditing concepts, and multinational corporate finance. Emphasis is placed on real-world case studies, financial modeling, regulatory awareness, and strategic financial decision-making.

The academic journey concludes with a Bachelor Project and structured research activities, allowing students to apply their knowledge to a practical financial or accounting challenge, demonstrating integration of theory, analytics, and professional practice.

The standard duration is 12+ months, with a defined minimum study period. However, the program offers flexibility, enabling students to extend their studies according to professional or personal commitments.

This executive-format bachelor study program is particularly suitable for finance professionals, accounting practitioners, entrepreneurs, and aspiring financial managers who seek structured academic advancement while continuing their careers. It emphasizes global financial awareness, regulatory understanding, analytical thinking, digital competence, and research-based financial decision-making.
